ok so here’s the deal i’m tired of the way things are going. plain and simple i’m a blimp!!! i need to loose weight and start being healthier. i have till march to try and loose we’ll say ideally 50 pounds but i’ll settle for 40. i’m trying to quit drinking as well i’m starting small go seven days then have a cheat day then 14 days then 21 and finally a month. this is hard for me. i drink almost every day and most days copious amounts. so potential withdrawal and craziness might insue. be prepared to be kept in the loop. and wish me luck
